Just Toledo Class Cancellation Policy

Please note that some classes held at Just Toledo are held by other businesses and may have different cancellation policies.

Those will be noted in info section of the event if differing from this policy.

Please be advised that cancellations made up to two weeks before a scheduled class via email (justtoledostore@gmail.com) can be refunded (for Just Toledo hosted classes only).

If you would like to switch your class to a different date, TWO WEEKS of notice is required. Class date may only be switched once.

With the exception of a true emergency, for cancellations made after the two week mark, class credits are transferable only. In this case, please let us know who you have transferred your credits to via email (justtoledostore@gmail.com) and we will add them to our class roster. In the event of a no call/no show, there will be no refund or transfer of class credits.

If Just Toledo cancels a class with less than 72 hours’ notice and a participant cannot be rescheduled for a later date, a credit or refund will be issued.
